Plants Plants Plants

These plants *generally* are in the Zoo. Yes in the zoo, the only zoo in SaiGon.

Have a day in this zoo maybe as boring as ... I dont know. The only thing special in this zoo is the fact that there are animals there (suprise!!). But not so much animals, just some kinds that can easily be seen: giraffes, elephants, birds, snakes, lions, tiger, ... and flamingos, yes flamingos, fabulous flamingos.

 There are empty cases here and there, so you can't avoid being disappointed when you go around, under the heat of the sun, tired legs, and then realize that it's an empty case.

BUT. There is a area where there are lots of plants. It looks like a green house or something, and it does have a look. Yes an antique look. In my opinion, it will work well as a background for a photoshoot of any kinds, especially the tumblr kind of photo, coz there are plants. Tumblr = plants.

I paid 50.000vnd for the ticket and it took me more than a hour to walk around the entire zoo to finale get to the green house which is literally placed near the entrance (!!!). Seriously, I can even smell my hair burning under the sun. And so, i got some photos here. So bad that I came there alone, so I can't have a real photoshoot, just some typical ones *sigh*

[Collection] Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province, Viet Nam - Old Photos Collection.

We can easily find photos of Old Hanoi or Old Ho Chi Minh City on internet cuz they're Vietnam's bigest cities and they were beautiful back then. But, in my opinion, with the magnification of Film and Film cameras, as well as the simplicity of the scenery, wherever old photos were taken, they're all meaningful and beautiful. SO I want to share some photos of my hometown, Gia Lai to you guys.

There were "ba gác", a kind of vehicle which were like small trucks or small buses; there were "xich lo", Vietnamese's special vehicle that still be loved until now. There were even a small bus-kind Volkswagen, the one I always want to have though I surely don't know how to drive big car. It's .. beautiful.

Life that time must be very difficult. There was war, lack of food and jobs, people didn't have an idea life like we have today. But I still feel something relaxing, beautiful, attracting and meaningful when I see these photos. Those faces were full of real joy when seeing the camera, those faces reflected beautiful mind that weren't dirty by social temptations. And those old days' shops' signboards were very vintage too!

A CUB 81 DATE IN BIEN HO LAKE, PLEIKU CITY

It was my friend's Honda Cub 81 motorcycle, pretty photogenic, right?

My friend is kind of  a free-spirit type + cafe racer type. Me generally don't have much interest in motors as well as living a chilling life. But I dont use that to judge people, so we are kind of  close. 

And about the helmet. It's called 3/4 helmet cuz it cover 3/4 of our head. It's easy to wear. I think all kinds of head can wear this helmet and look cool, as long as you don't have a up-high hair-do haha. 

P/s: This post is a #tbt too, when my hair was still short and i was in my hometown.

Da Lat New Year trip

Yes it was a new year trip, from 1/1 to 3/1/2015, so this post can be called a #tbt. But whenever it was, it is a post where I share with you guys my photos, my memories, my life.

I really want to share stories as much as possible, but I'm the kind of human that is not good at remember things. Maybe it's because my memory is bad, and its can also because I'm such a ... I dont know what to call, a human who doesn't pay much attention to what happening around, I think. 

That's why I think I don't like to travel. Yes. There is a kind of human-being who doesn't like to travel. And I think I am. I can't remember much, and honestly, can't feel much, don't appreciate things much while travelling... I don't really know. 

City Lights - What I love about big city

Finally, my very first post in this blog.
For you to know, my blog will be a place where I share my photography journey and my Fashion style too. Something around me, what I wear, what I think and so on.
I really hope that you guy will find something that relative to yourself in this blog, and hope that we can share every beautiful thing as much as possible.

More about myself: My name's Uyen, I'm Vietnamese (proud of this), and I'm - nearly - 22 years old. I love taking photos, I have a huge concern in Fashion. I hope that after graduated, I'll be a freelancer in photography field.

These photos were taken last week. On that day, me and my sister went around the city just to get some fresh air, and I suddenly discovered some cool places in the city that have the best views - in my opinion. So, the day after that day, I decided to go around the city one more time, with my friend, and my optimus(!!) Film camera to take some pictures. And the results came out so good (I'm so proud of myself :)). I LOVE LIGHTS. Everything that has lights on it. So I'm super excited now. Please let's me know your opinions too :)
